A mate in the States just alerted me that earlier today (or, Thursday in the States) Dr. Alex Capano (Ecofibre CSO / EOF-Bio's leader?) filed a lawsuit against Ecofibre. Specifically:
Capano "derivatively on behalf of EOF Bio LLC" versus Ecofibre Ltd, Ecofibre USA Inc., the members of Ecofibre's board members (Michele Anderson, Mark Bayliss, Bruce Robinson, Vanessa Wallace), Robin Sheldon (Ecofibre General Counsel), Jonathan Brown (Ecofibre CFO), and EOF Bio LLC (as "nominal defendant").
Documents and details not available because "this complaint was filed under seal," but description is "derivative action for breaches of fiduciary duty, contract and tort."
If anyone receives more information, please share here. This cannot be good. Why is one of the Company's most important people/innovators suing the company/board?! Should make for an interesting shareholder meeting!
