In a phone discussion about 4-5 weeks ago with Peter from Stock Analysis, the retrieval of the hanger was important to possibly make a claim of around $3Mill US as a minimum. ( I suspect the figure may be double)

Success on a claim would appear to be quite successful, however this will not happen overnight this will take months and possibly years unless there is a settlement out of court.

If there is a fault with the hanger then the supplier / manufacturer will most likley have a form of insurance to cover such events.

It will be just a process that needs to occur to get the wheels turning.

It will have no affect on the company other than a possible injection of cash or a credit for future supplies of materials for the next wave of wells on this project.
