Puss, To-days news reads; The company (Kim) has instructed its lawyers to advise in relation to instituting legal proceedings against Far East Capitol Limited and Warwick Grigor in respect of the defamatory article issued by the Far East Capitol Ltd dated 8th July 2003.
The Board will consider that advice in a legal and commercial context before deceiding whether to institute those proceedings.
