Well the lawyers seem pretty confident actually buying options with an exercise at 15 cents.
I understand more than most on these tenaments, as I was a shareholder of CHM years ago.
I sold a while after relisting, but bought back in on this case.
Murchison will say anthing they can to avoid the reality of such claims in the hope to continue on with business, but there is much much more involvment than they care to admit.......
The confidence of the lawyers to actually put money in to get options (and not get free ones as payment) suggests their commitment and surity.......
