If I were the banks I'd probably consider admin with a view to chop the company up and sell off its pieces in order to make my money back from the debt. Once sales are finished you leave an empty vehicle for MB and ASIC to feast over.
Seems like less risk than a D4E to me and has the opportunity to probably make just as much money back.
