    just called Virgin CFO Keith today regarding the Accenture it SYSTEM OUTAGE, and he confirmed whilst he cannot disclose at this time their specific course of action due to the legal discussions currently underway, he can let me know wthat they will be pursuing recovery of the losses through all means available.
