Also, what's really the difference between ABC Learning and Centro? Both expanded way too fast on deluded principals and have/are collapsing under debt. Not like ABC's child centres were all empty. They were busy.


ABC problems acutally where 100% to do with their centres not being full. There is a perception that they had high occupancy on centres which wasn't true. What brought them down in fact was the way they reported income from rent reductions from landlords they recieved due to their centres being less then 100% full. They had made it look like their rent susidies from poorly performing centres where income revenues. It all A bit too enron really. But ABC problems shouldn't be lumped with centro.
