Like others have said, welcome back, and I hope you return to full health soon.

WRT ABC/CNP - Analysis of ABC Centre's has shown that:

1. They have far too many unprofitable centres, and
2. It is extremely difficult to make enough $$$ from childcare that would support a model where shareholders expect dividends. There seems to be little surprise in the childcare industry that ABC has fallen in a heap.

As far as I know, CNP still has tenants paying rent, and CNP continue to pay their bills. Yes, CNP have issues with debt that needs to be rolled over, but as time has gone by, the market has fallen in a heap, banks have collapsed and interest rates are being pruned left, right and centre, yet CNP continues to pay their bills and presumably work their way towards a solution to their problems.

Totally different situation to ABC Learning Centres.
