Terry Ryder is spot on... They are not journalists, although they get paid as such. They are simply goons for cheap advertising. The fairfax papers should charge demographia at advertising rates for the rubbish they send out for free.

The truth came out about the people behind demographia when they first came out with this rubbish several years ago.
Then they were lobbying the state govnuts to stop charging taxes, and even wanted less infrastructure attached to new subdivisions to reduce demographia's costs of development.

The bears dont care, so long as it confirms their wishes.
Regardless that the difference between reality and bears dreams are even further apart than when they started back in 2000. 13 years and still no crash...that is 1.3 decades

so how long are the bears prepared to wait ? 20-30 years, they will be on the age pension by then, and the banks will not lend to them by that stage
