Welcome to the twenty first century Pinto. Nobody is forced to live in the city. There are jobs in the regions and cheaper prices and bigger blocks. So why is it in all of Autralia people want to live in a small radius of our 4 major cities. (sorry Adel & Hob) Stuffed if I know but if you can make a buck out of them who cares. You don't have any of those big blocks do you. We could build 8 town houses on it and make a killing.
