it just highlights why no one will ever invest in a greenfields project again, because these promoters just rig the traffic numbers to win the projects.
CEU's numbers arent great but there not that good either. just think of how destoryed BrisConnect is going to get over the next 2 yrs?
i think it will go bust.
CEU needs to do something to get better growth numbers, 3.9% per month isnt good enough.
i expect they will end up with final traffic numbers around 70% of forecast, again not flash but enough to ensure TCL will try and get it on the cheap.
thank god for Lazard or else we would be looking at a $0.30 share price.
