i,ve been in the usa for the past month-you can see the vacant shops in some malls-and the retailers have endless discounting to get shoppers through the doors-jc penny are actually giving 10and $.15 vouchers to get there card holders to spend instore.
now sfh are not going down this route-they are spending to get online sales with la senza-and the katies-millers are mature women ,who want customer service-which you dont get from a big box retailer experience.
choice mag. rated millers 2nd best womens retil customer satisfaction.
from were i am sfh are doing okay-i would,nt want to be a target-k-mart-jc-penny one stop shop-as there discounting to death each other- were as women will pay for customer service,personal touch experience in clothing.
