Newsat need a partner with "Blue Chip" credentials.

To launch a satellite requires capital raising.

It also requires much of the capacity to be pre-sold.

Who would buy this capacity?


Any partner would (if they pumped in a lot of cash) want to have the opportunity to change course and give Newsat even more credibility, hence today's ann?
