    Appears a bit of common sense has appeared on the ASX.

    Cheap headline writers amongst the sub-editors have been put on ignore for the time being?

    It may take a few weeks to extinguish the smoldering discontent amongst certain unwashed lobby groups, but the fundamental economic rationale should win the day IMO.

    Investors may have glimpsed at the copper price hitting an all time high last night, coupled with zinc trotting on up the same rosey path.

    Not totally out of the woods, but getting there!
