In the furore following Mr Michael West's concerned articles about 'who ERG was sleeping with ' the closing of the Lazio contract was never commented on.
Following on from the Rome renegotiation in which ATAC purchased ...
(1) ERG hardware
(2) Rights to use ERG software
COTRAL are in a similar deal
This effectively means that $30M of hardware sitting in mothballs would handed over to Cotral
The $30M would go to ERG's bottomline
Maybe Michael could write on that.....???
