its a hard one but im thinking you dont get much of a company for 15 million nowadays and having spoken to the company today the lead times are not that big for setting up pilot plants (approx 6 months)after regulatory approvals so i guess we could expect regular updates add to that its bound to create interest amongst cnx holders due to joint announcements and given the 20% free carried interest might compare it to the valuation of their own company and find it cheap so given all that I wouldnt have a clue - hopefully somewhere north of where it is now
