I wouldn't even have a guess of Q2 revenues. I have been wrong, too many times in the past. A surprise, would not surprise me one little bit though, as 12 Million was 'flat' and lots have happened since then, IMO.

I don't think a 'buyout' is even considered, when you take in the future Looksmart now have, with the publishing potentials they now have.

I'm more interested in Q3 & FY guidance, as that is where a 'lift' in the SP is most probable, IMO.
