Perhaps you're right, I don't know much about these kinds of business models. Basically I went through each year's annual report publicly available, and compared "Proceeds from Litigation Funding..." vs "Payment for Litigation Funding..." in the Cash Flow from Investing Activities section. Do you know where I can find the Prospectus?
