Depends on the size of the buy. If say for example if someone put a 50,000 buy close to the price or within a cent or two it'll probably get filled but a 100,000 buy may see buyers step above it
Same for sellers
There was a buy for 90,000 around 66c which has gone now but he was too late to the move.
That buy could've had to wait 6 months plus to get filled or he may not have ever got filled.
Buyers here would do ok bidding from 80c and up before the next 4c but if the 4c comes along and there's been a few cases settled positively, then the market should like it as long as it's pointing to higher revenue and net income.
Fy19 is touted to be a good year so far so I'm guessing the Sp is expected to do well going ahead this year from what we have been told.
Either that or step up and take asks?
But I'm sure there will always be sellers wanting to take profits
