It’s also put forward by Wistconsin Physicians Service (not Novartis - who are PEB contractors).
sad but the wait continues. Good thing is that investigating the portal the promote the draft LCD status then open up to a meeting.
I have also been through previous meeting back to Jan and there doesn’t appear anything as a draft LCD that will match PEB
