I have been waiting for that permit too. (very long CRE). Over time I have tried to spread the Li investments geographically a little, but Australia seems clearly the best jurisdiction for mining projects.
Europe and North America will put more emphasis on life cycle emissions. IMO that is why the Calix JV is the right move from PLS. The BMX platform was a brilliant move and I have the feeling that this Calix JV has the potential to turn out really well too.
