Brine tend to have larger LCE numbers, but due to physics limitations, it is impossible to completely extract all the LCE and it is also much harder to scale up.
Another fact is that high quality brine (with fewer impurities) is rare.
I believe the actually mid-term production capacity is more important than theoretical LCE numbers.
