Hi @Ashes86 - discussions are definetly on going and i would expect an official ASX announcement this current month .
I have contacted the Company in the past week as i to was a bit intrigued but now are more than comfortable with my holding .
I would suggest if anyone has any queries send off an email or phone the company themselves You are the shareholders and if a company is all above board , they dont shy away from taking such calls .
