I am guessing that was back in the Marathon Resources days, before Marathon (Uranium) got kicked in the nuts by Mike Rann (Labor Premier).
LCK back-door listed through acquiring the Marathon husk.

What happened in the Marathon days is irrelevant to LCK's activities.
