Have the cash to buy out 50% for probably 300-400million and are cashed up to buy gas assets as their value will probably increase by 50% by 2022 when there will be a shortage.
Simple supply and demand.
They recently bought Quadrant Energy from Macquarie for a bargain and how good does this sound...
Big gas company buys LOCAL gas fields in SA to create 100s of jobs and at the same time solve South Australia and Eastern States gas shortage??
Ummm... priceless or at least about a $1 a share by my conservative estimation!!
