I have the commsec app, but also log into commsec via chrome or internet explorer web browsers
If you login via web browser, go to your watch list, then click the drop down arrow under 'Actions', then go to 'Add to Alerts'
You can add email alerts this way, i have done so for LCK and other stocks on my watch list
