Also, I would normally be very annoyed that we as a company, would turn around to the only people who were willing to put their money where their mouth is and back this thing BEFORE we had PoC, and say, "Yeh thanks for backing us but now we want more $ for the shares we gave you." How the hell does that happen in business??? I must be missing some vital info there, which I'm not privy to. The only thing I can think of at the moment, is that CNE were aware of You-Know-Who selling to keep the SP down, and an understanding was in place that the SP, at the time of the agreement, was artificially discounted.
