To answer your question as briefly as my wife will allow...
ANYTHING...is a portion. We already know that the WHOLE resource is not going to be upgraded.
However, reading through the results and data previously announced, and also presuming that the chamber is situated in the MAIN seam, the results of existing surveys show similarities in three sections of the seam that all show similar characteristics, ie: in particular, very high levels of methane.
Therefore, (if indeed we are situated in the main seam) allowing for similar characteristic results throughout the three sections, and bearing in mind that it has already been labelled "significant", I would be surprised/ shocked/ alarmed if the upgrade was anything short of 300PJ.
This aside, there is also the possibility that the majority of this seam is upgraded, having the depth, quality and content requred.
So, I based my earlier predictions on a number of factors, and I am still confident that 10% (300PJ) would be the very minimum.
Of course, I have been wrong before, ..... but I wouldn"t marry HER again!
