@saltyshadow & I have just done some more investigation and the other of Shearwood's hot stocks AGR have just released their annual report this afternoon which showing their top 20 (I had asked for a top 20 via email earlier in the day)

August 2017: Shearwood held 950k shares in his own name.
Today's report indicates that Shearwood has a similar position in his individual name but has also taken a 1.8mil share stake in AGR in joint names with his son.

This would indicate to me that he is taking holdings off the table (at a profit) of LCK and putting it into his next investment AGR.

This puts this to bed for me. Trust the company not the traders.
