The political risk it still carries. I am a true believer that this is why it didn't reach the dizzying highs it should have today. I certainly agree that the news needs to spread further and we still have a lot of upside from here BUT many, many, MANY people do not believe this thing will ever see the light of day.
It's just a sad reality.
