PLUS she is a politician and needs to maintain her "Environmental Crusader" credentials to remain in office.
Being able to tap into the failed Linc project to score points is worth votes from Green nutters - it's the gift that keeps on giving.
BUT, will not make any difference, LCK complies with its Environmental Statement of objectives. While it maintains operating within the parameters set, it can't and won't be touched.
