I'm not sure how the company restructure affects your thesis regarding it's NPV and the change in shares on issue.

We agree it's a strong buy.
Miraflores NPV of roughly $150mill USD at current gold prices at 5% variance.

If we look at the add-ons to company value at Quinchia when you include the work done post company restructure:


1. Tesorito feed is within 1 km of the proposed Miraflores plant!!! Ceibel is within 1.5km of the Miraflores plant, and Chuscal within 3km.
2. The Tesorito drill results to date at their early stage of development already have one of the top 5 drill results globally in the last 12 months.
3. The project currently has 3 diamond core rigs drilling continuously with over $7mill in caash and less than 470mill shares on issue.
4. The Geology Team in the early stages of drilling Chuscal were so compelled by trenching results at Ceibel, they moved the sole drill rig at Chuscal to Ceibel, to start an immediate drill campaign there.
5. It is estimated by some Geologists in this forum, that the resource at Tesorito South based on current drill results could conservatively be well north of 2-3mill oz, already 3-4 times larger than Miraflores resource.
6. Quinchia is dwarfed in size by the Andes project that is part of the restructure, which Dwarfs Quinchia in land size, and is hosted 70km North-West along the same Mid-Cauca belt.

Other Notable changes since the Restructure:

1. MERGED management history achievements as long as the Nullarbor bringing in the Andes team, including Dr. Minlu Fu and his Ausino team.

2. The focus before restructure was largely on Miraflores and Dosequebradas. It is now focused on Tesorito, Ceibel and Chuscal, with Andes ground to follow in 2022.

3. LCL has Batman on its registry and Kevin Wilson
