    Last day to convert ob's is Monday 16th, but I would imagine all bookwork should be completed by Friday to avoid any surprises.
    Not sure if they can without notice but wouldn't it be a good time for the company to initiate a little buyback scheme over the next couple of days.
    A small outlay could be well rewarded.
