So out of interest you are saying that a person you know that worked at the company told you the 12 month stack life? Every company has cluster farks and mistakes when going through the motions of commercialising their products. The company's ability to navigate through them and for me....no disrespect to Dow and co but much happier with Bob running the show now.
For what its worth, I dont doubt part of the reason where we are today is because of technical hiccups. Only have to look as far as the furnace fiasco to see the problems they have had. But if you read the milestones for the accelerated testing in Netherland and the Soft Pact trial data I am taking guidance from the company regardign stack life and deg improvements to be over and above the Soft Pact verified 40,0000 hr stack life of the unit installed with them back in 2011-2012
