Agree, primary concern re-SP is the massive dilution that will be caused to grind LCT back into a forward gear ,, as you know ,,every investor in LCT is underwater at present ,,, the concept of Phase II was to demonstrate it worked ,, not 3 years later trying to prove it works from a very small data pool ,,
LCT needed to have a larger group sizes ,,, or run another Phase II
