LCT Shareholder Group Action

Hi all, considering the terrible communication, lack of future planning, and disregard for the shareholders from our management and board, we are creating a group (targeting 5% of shareholding) with a view to submit a letter to the LCT board, request a s121(b) special meeting and have management answer our questions.

Key Points;

• we are concerned that a CR (which is likely to occur in the next 6 months) is likely to heavily dilute the shareholders already depleted capital. Who's KPIs are related to this, and what plans or strategies do the responsible parties have to change this?
• Communication has been a serious issue, both to shareholders and contractors of LCT. Who is responsible for this, and what plans are there for increasing communication, and marketing procedures being implemented to increase interest? An example of sub par communication is In April 2020, when LCT announced that they were stopping their programmes as Covid hit, Margaret Brimble commented on Twitter that this was the first her team had heard about it. Another example is an 8 month "silence" with no updates to shareholders, even after repeated shareholders had complained and asked for updates between  the AGM in November 2019 until July 2020.
• the company seems significantly top heavy, for a group that has not shown much progress in the past 24 months
• how actively is a deal being pursued with NTCell?
• We suggest a full audit of the company's KPI's and the responses based on a 6 monthly review under s(121B) based on these sectors :
