The debate is partly about whether NMDC will or will not turn predator.
None of you guys will entertain the idea for whatever reason. Thats fine.

I just happen to think that it is a possibility.

Lets me give you a scenario to consider:

12 months, 24 months down the track New Delhi say to Sharon, "we want the whole lot. 25/35/45/whatever cents a share. You (and your fellow directors) walk away with X million. Of course we have a nice job for you as a NMDC director with X number shares in NMDC. Think about carefully, we wouldn't want to review the terms of the credit"

The small holders have made some money but NMDC go on to enjoy the full benefits of Mt Bevan, Wonarah and whatever else.

Come on guys, get your heads out of the sand.
