lcy and mt bev offer

Not sure if this has been covered - (may have missed the conversation someone between my bitching and the catapult talk).

If we offer x amt for mt bevan - and after haw review they say ok let's do it - do we then have to wait for it to be voted on by haw s/hs (following recommendation by haw board) or could the haw board just say yay (or nay) and that is it - deal signed sealed and delivered.

One of the reasons I ask is that haw agm is now set to be in jan and if the two companies do decide on a figure for buyout then will we have to wait till jan to get the green light (or red light if the jaw s/hs successfully vote it down because they want more money).
