Some time ago AL said that the bond holders were supportive. Suppose they want to be in for the LT but do not want to do a TO. Then they must stay below 20%. If all bonds and warrants are exercised I think we have agreed that there will be around 7.2B shares outstanding. It seems to me that MtK may well be at or near that point now ? and by coincidence we have the AGM shortly .... it all looks very encouraging to me. My own current estimate of FV is a bit north of 30c and if you are bullish on the px of RE then certainly above that.
