yeah, there are a lot of variables to be thrown in, such as will NMDC even take the deal? every poster seems to assume the deal is done - what if it isn't?.....
and if they do, then you can assume most of the valuation is already priced in but NMDC on board at least assures LCY's immediate future so no bad surprises - only if the deal is done.....
