The amount Regulator is not as important as the commitment to provide funding. I'd like to see an iron clad agreement around funding, perhaps even with some clauses triggering nullification of the deal should funding not be provided within a certain period of time.
Otherwise we might as well just focus on Namibia until phosphate markets improve.
