imo if LCY is being held to ramson then they have the option to do a T/O , they already own 18% they could pick up the rest reasonable cheap and they will have plenty of cash to do it , that is if haw does not come to the party that is , they really dont have the money to protect themselves from a t/o imo as they dont have any money
