Remaining "35%" of Mt Bevan???

Ok so LCY only owns 32% of Mt. Bevan currently then (because NMDC own 50% of LCY?? that they bought for some Samosa's and Naan bread)

LCY owns 11% of SHARES IN A COMPANY .. this does not give then any controlling say if something comes to a vote.

I would welcome you guys buying on market ... But highly doubt you will get it for the price you want. I wouldn't be selling at less than 3cps minimum if it was on market.

Mind you, I still think the LCY holders are on the money in the long term, but the idea you will get the remaining "FORTY PERCENT" of Mt. Bevan for peanuts is laughable.
