Hey Stephanovic.....The Genius Bosses you refer to were actually quite smart in the end & looked after themselves quite nicely.
They get rid of something that they had no chance of raising the cash to participate in & get a nice ride on the board & a truck load of $$$ for a minimum of 2 years....
Yes I know the shareholders will benefit....but I bet that the main priority was themselves....
