So what sort of money is involved in the revenue sharing deal struck between BRN and GPIC?

While Louis hasn't told us much about what fees BRN would receive, per table or per casino, under the above revenue sharing deal; according to his comments the Global Addressable Market of US$200 million annually for video analytic solutions reflected these fees. And if this is the case ….WOW!!

Using the back of the envelope, BRN's revenue based on total fees per casino should be in the ballpark of US $57,000 annually (GAM $US200M/3500 total casinos worldwide) . That equates to say a perpetual lease fee to BRN per gaming table installed with GPIC's Automated Table Solution of US$3,333 pa (GAM $US200M/60,000 gaming tables worldwide).

Therefore, even if GPIC finds the take up of this new tech very sluggish in the first year and only does a complete roll out to say 10 casinos that's still an estimated US$570,000 pa. revenue share to BRN (US200m/3500*10).

You would hope GPIC are designing the new ATS to be easily retrofitted into existing tables using their RFID tech and maybe even other gaming tables that are currently not. Aah perhaps not. One would hope that retrofitting will be easy. The way I see it the whole issue of ease of retrofitting will determine the size of the rocket under the take up of the new ATS.

Please accept that the above is based on some very simple assumptions. At the very best it may only give a rough indication that under this deal with GPIC returns to BRN could be potentially massive!!
