It would be PVM still playing the stock. They had increased their holdings towards end of last year, then sold off webinar day, only to rebuy in on the tank, then sell again on the Hologic / HS deal.
I expect they are capping to again increase position to then resell on next lot of news.
The company needs some further insto / soph support for long positions.
