It's easy to write off PVM for market games but at the same time their perspective likely would have been that we are in a channel and not enough concrete news to support a re rate currently. It's still trending up but the sophs are going to take money off the table when the chart shows over extension. We are being inpatient yes there's a very good story here but it's not confirmed and If I was in charge of a fund I'd also likely be taking profit when we break the channel. It looks like it tried to change make resistance into support but failed.
