absolutely not insinuating anyone did anything provable; I am just a dot connector; and I may be 100% wrong; but, it is fact the 7 cent CR was only open to sophs; so they got shares at 7 cents when no one else could; now the excuse of just sophs was 'way back when, retail did not take up the 7 cents'.... and you will find retail did not take up 7 cent CR when they were able to buy on market for 6 cents; subsequently the share price rose on some brilliant news to 10+ cents - and settled there; THEN management 'reopened' the 7 cents CR, but just for sophs... that is fact
now the trading behaviour of having the share fall from 10 cents to high 7s, THEN having the CR announced, is very, very suspect; obviously news got out; but who leaked, and who benefitted will never be known; BUT management needs to try to prevent that, if they can; I know management cannot control the behaviour and tongues of others; management just need to be aware of the cowboy land they operate in - and do the best they can; maybe they are doing the best they can; but there are some naughty players somewhere
putting that all aside, when Lumos morphs into a real company (manufacture and sell.... and provide service and be paid) over a period of time, then all will be fine; that is what I wait for
