Confirming we have received a few recent emails regarding the share price. If you are in contact with any of the other holders, please assure them that the business is in an extremely strong position – perhaps the strongest it’s been. Lumos has a very clean balance sheet, supported by the Hologic agreements (ASX: 11 January 2024), two of our own products to push into market and an excellent team to deliver.

As we also said at the time of the half yearly report (ASX: 28 February 2024), while revenue for the first half dipped, the outlook is much stronger for this current half, with revenue recovery supported by the Hologic IP payment, services income and product sales. I am hopeful that with continued education and the benefit of our next quarterly report, confidence will be reinforced.
