what would be 'artificial' re a buy back.... buy backs are when the company deems the price is so low, and they have excess cash, and that cash makes the most earning for the shareholders by lessening the shares on issue
nothing artificial about that; it is the right thing to do in the current scenario... unless management have big plans for that cash... or management want to use that cash to bleed salary and benefit out to their own pockets for longer than would have been possible without (that $10 mill USD)
